Based in Central Eastern Europe, Yettel formerly known as Telenor is one of the biggest Telecoms in the region. Appointed in 2019 to craft an entirely new brand for its Czech, Bulgarian, Hungarian and Serbian markets, with the aim to create a more digitally relevant brand for the future.

For Yettel, we developed a cohesive brand strategy that included a clear brand architecture and naming principles to guide product and service lines. This was supported by well-defined tone of voice principles and a messaging matrix covering the brand story, vision, and mission, across required languages and alphabets (Latin and Cyrillic).

We created essential brand tools such as the Brand Cloudlines platform for guideline management and a Guardianship tool for consistent global brand execution. This included leading agency and local market inductions for seamless alignment.

On the creative side, we established core brand properties including the logo, colours, a bespoke typeface, and both flat and animated icons. The visual identity was further enhanced with photography, illustration, a signature brand film, and tailored B2B assets. We also directed retail brand direction and produced internal engagement tools alongside comprehensive artwork and templates for global consistency
