During my time with BMW UK, I managed several high-impact initiatives that elevated the brand's presence in both the luxury and digital spheres. I spearheaded the luxury brand partnership with British Vogue’s ‘Forces for Change’, positioning BMW at the forefront of culture and innovation. Additionally, I successfully launched the BMW Excellence Club in the UK, an exclusive membership for high-end clientele. 

Further strengthening BMW's engagement with a younger, culture-driven audience, I launched the PlayNext Podcast, a new category campaign that reached #1 on Apple Music. Alongside these initiatives, I assisted ongoing new car launches and the brand’s Welcome Programme through comprehensive CRM management, ensuring a seamless customer journey from introduction to loyalty.
